Leadership Support
Pulpit Supply/Worship Leading
We provide Bible-based, line-by-line messages of 30-45 minutes that are energetic, challenging, and encouraging all at once. This will allow your pastor to get a much needed weekend off, and will also give us the opportunity to encourage attendees to rally together in support of your pastor.
Likewise, worship leading can be catered to the unique community of each church. Traditional? No problem. Modern? We love it. We even have coaches who can conduct choirs! We will work within the boundaries of your existing musical repertoire. We are also very savvy with Planning Center.
Leadership Coaching
We get it. Ministry is hard. Sometimes, people can be really hard to deal with. We have coaches who have experienced extreme burnout and who have spent time keeping secular jobs as they healed. Ministry is the most rewarding thing we can do on this earth. We would like to open our hearts and ears to the ministerial challenges and troubles you’re carrying. We’re solutions oriented and we’re huge advocates for what you do. Moses had Aaron and Hur to hold his arms up during battle, and we understand how valuable of a role they played for Moses. It is with the same heart and mind that we offer this service.
Resume Refresh
This is for the ministry leader who is looking for a change or a transition out of ministry entirely. We let you take the lead, and we polish your resume to create an excellent literary representation of who you are.

Small Group Revitalization
We think that small groups are a huge facet in the growth of a church, both spiritually and numerically. In fact, we feel so strongly about small groups, that we think it’s what will make or break a church’s future. Having a good, strong, Biblical, and enjoyable small group ministry is massively important. We have coaches who have devoted themselves specifically to this category of ministry and we have a model that works very well both to strengthen believers and also as an “on-ramp” for the lost. Some churches only need us to write up a church-specific model of small group ministry, while others ask us to come and train small group leaders. We love it all! "Secret Shopper" Analysis
Sometimes the greatest advantage to a church is very simply a fresh set of eyes on everything, and that's what we do when we "secret shop" your church. One of our coaches brings their family to one of your Sunday services. We take mental notes about everything from the moment we set foot on your property/campus to the moment we leave. We record the amount of times we are greeted. We compile a time analysis of everything (e.g. 2 minutes from the car to the door, 34 minute sermon, etc). We notate what we see as your strengths and also growth areas. We look for anything that might be a hindrance or distraction. We prepare our children and youth shoppers beforehand, and interview them about their experience afterward. We compile all the data and put it into a report which we provide to you.
360 Assessment
A coach will come out to your church and spend 4 days with your church and staff (Thursday to Sunday OR Sunday to Wednesday). We will attend all services and gatherings during that time. We will connect with small group leaders. We will have meetings with all staff and as many volunteers as time allows for. We will compile all the data and share with your leadership the things we believe you are doing well and the things we believe are your “pain points.” We will offer insight specific to your church with options about how to best proceed.
Facility Enhancements
Internet Presence/Media Overhaul
We will create and manage your website for you. We can redesign your logo. (Click here for Logo Samples). We can train staff and volunteers to manage social media activity.
Tech Overhaul
We have coaches who have worked all over the U.S. as audio and video engineers. We can select the right equipment that fits within your budget. We utilize our pro accounts at various suppliers and dealers to give your church the greatest bang for its buck. Unlike other AVL contractors, we use the "time and materials" method, which provides total transparency about the equipment you will receive, with no upselling or padding of pricing.
Church Makeover
Sometimes the church needs a bit of a facelift in certain areas. We provide you with digital mock-ups of a proposed change. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the work and implement the changes. We have designed many stages over the years and have made amazing improvements to various parts of church buildings.
